2 Days before, I want to try out my new oven if it is working fine by baking a sponge cake. And to my surprise, I succeeded in baking my FIRST successful sponge cake! yay!

And today, i told my mum i’m gonna bake pizza today! In the past, i always bake cakes, muffins, cookies and because my family doesn’t like sweets, they don’t eat it. So for PIZZA, i bet they will love it right?
So my mum went to the NTUC with me to shop for all those ingredients. We’ve bought a lot of stuff! And i suffered on the way back home (cause too much things to carry lah ><)
Then we began making the dough.
I got the recipe from happyhomebaking (i love that site! many great recipes!)
The first attempt failed for one simple reason, the dough is too thick! it’s more like a bread with toppings zz..
So we tried the 2nd time and I decided to seperate the dough into 2, making it into 2 pizza.
It’s perfect!
If anyone ever watch 综艺大哥大, you will know when those guest eat the cuisine, they have all those exaggerating expression. This is exactly what i’m doing when my mum feed to one of the pizza i’ve made. She’s like, ‘omg, this is a success. you try you try!’ *bite* *i’m in heaven*
Really loh.. omg, not that i’m bragging but, it taste so good like those sold in the pizza outlets. If pizza hut’s pizza is rated 9, i rate mine 8. LOL. this is how tasty it is. YUMMY.
too bad sis didn’t came back home for my pizza.
